Please note that with effect from 1st April 2015 all patients, including children, have been allocated a
named accountable GP. If you are unaware of who your named GP is, then please ask next time you contact the surgery. If you are aged 75 yrs or over you will be informed of your named GP at your next routine appointment if this has not already been done.

Patients can continue to choose to see any GP in the practice in line with current arrangements should they so wish.

Disabled Access

Wheelchair and pram access is via the Grove Road entrance. Please ring the bell and one of our staff will assist you.
