We run the following clinics at the medical centre;

pregnant_stomachDiabetic Clinic

Nurse clinic on Wednesdays 9.00am – 11.00am

- By appointment only

Antenatal Clinic

Wednesday afternoons by appointment run by the Practice Midwife.

Family Planning & Cervical Smears

Both doctors are fully qualified and trained in all aspects of family planning. Contraceptive services are available during all surgery hours. Cervical smears are organised on a 3 year recall system by computer for women aged 20 – 65. These are carried out by the practice nurse or doctor, by appointment. Patients outside this age group can have a smear after discussion with a doctor or nurse.

Teenage Health Clinic

Dr Crowfoot and the Practice Nurse run a Teenage Health Clinic on Mondays (except Bank Holidays) from 12.00 – 2.00pm. and Wednesdays 1.00 – 4.00pm No appointment is necessary. This clinic is also open to patients not registered with the practice Tel: 01789 261548

Childhood Immunisations & Travel Jabs

Child_immunisationFull immunisation courses are recommended for all children, unless there is a specific reason for not doing so. Please book an appointment with the practice nurse. The nurse will also advise on health and immunisation for travellers abroad. As soon as your departure dates are known please make an appointment with her. Ideally 8 weeks notice is required to ensure complete cover, but even those departing at short notice can be offered some protection. Some vaccinations are not available on the NHS and may incur a fee
