Whooping cough cases increase

Consultations

Patients are registered with the Practice and may see the doctor of their choice, subject to availability.

Consultations are by appointment and can be made in person or by telephoning 01789 414942 during the centre’s opening hours.

If you require treatment that day and there is no free appointment, you will be seen at the end of surgery. You may have to wait.

Home Visits

If you are too ill to come to the surgery and require a home visit, please telephone the surgery as early as possible to help us plan our Home Visits.

Home visits are at the discretion of the doctor.

Telephone Consultations

One of the doctors, or the practice nurse, is available for telephone consultations between 11.30am and 12.00pm and 5.30 and 6.00pm weekdays. Please let the receptionist have an indication of your reason.

Urgent phone calls are taken at anytime by the doctor but please do not abuse this facility. Interruption during consultation is distracting for both patient and doctor.

The receptionist or nurse can often help you with information, advice and the results of tests which the doctor will have already seen.
