These are for medicines taken on a regular basis and authorised by the doctor. All prescriptions are now computerised.

When ordering always try and use the counterfoil issued with your previous prescription. This shows your unique prescription number and full details of your prescribed medicines. It will also tell you when to make a review appointment.

Repeats can be obtained:

  • Personally: tick the medicines required on your counterfoil and drop into post box in reception or out of hours, place through front door post box.

  • Via our website: This is our preferred method for ordering prescriptions.

  • Telephone: 415530 after 11.00am

If you are ordering on line and would like your pharmacy to collect from the surgery, you will need to telephone them directly to avoid delay in courier services.

Prescriptions ordered will be ready for collection in 48 hours.
